just wanna share my glider's fav vegie relish!!
u need

sweet potato

bok choy

cucumber

freezer bag

chopper

microwave

fridge

instruction :

1. peel sweet potato skin n microwave about 6 minutes

2. chop bok choy

3. chop cucumber (remove skin n seeds)

4. after chopping them, then put them into the bowl together with sweet potato

5. can add green peas (optioner)
6. can add apple juice (optioner)

7. scoop the veggie relish mixture into ice cube trays.i use slightly less than one TABLEspoon per cube. cover and freeze

8. feed one cube for one glider

8. place the cubes in a freezer container or Ziplock freezer bag.this will prevent freezer burn.
